FST 277 - Rope Rescue Technician/ High Angle Rescue

Prerequisite: FST 080 or FST 102 or equivalent as approved by the Vice President of Instruction and Student Services.
Description: This course is designed to prepare participants to undergo competency testing for high-angle rescue. Additionally, the scope of the program is designed to familiarize participants with the high-angle environment and experience and to enable them to safely participate in the engineering and operation of simple and complex rescue systems.
