ART 105 - Digital Photography Credits: 3
Description: This is a course of study in the major components of the digital darkroom. The course includes the theory and use of digital cameras, scanners, editing software and printers. Emphasis is on the usages of digital imagery. Lab sections consist of actual hands on use of the digital camera, computer utilization, including editing, scanning, cropping, and final output.

Student Learning Outcomes:
- Demonstrate the use of various digital imaging products.
- Demonstrate understanding of the different types, costs, and uses of various software.
- Demonstrate skills in the use of software as to editing and artistically interpreting digital imagery.
- Demonstrate uses, skills, and methodology in various digital output, storage, software, hardware and media, as for example, the utilization of digital imaging in PowerPoint presentations and videos.
